Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with EverLit. The free studio lets you try it before you buy, and if a paid edition isn't right for you, we'll make it right.
14-day refund window. If you're not satisfied with the EverLit Founder's Edition or any other paid edition, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions required.
How to request a refund
- Email info@lvltdllc.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number. Your order number is in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
- You can also look up your order at Lemon Squeezy My Orders.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
All EverLit sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up.
What happens to your license
Because EverLit is delivered digitally, refunding an order deactivates its license. Please stop using and delete the paid edition once your refund is processed.
Founder's Edition
Founder pricing is limited to the first 2,500 founders and runs through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific, whichever comes first. A refunded Founder's Edition license can't be reinstated at the founder price after the offer closes.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice, were charged in error, or can't access what you paid for, contact us at any time and we'll sort it out. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under your local consumer protection law.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. It's almost always faster. Licenses tied to a chargeback are deactivated.
