Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of EverLit, the website at geteverlit.com, and the paid EverLit editions. EverLit is operated by Lagniappe Ventures Ltd, a Nevada series limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using EverLit, you agree to these terms.

The free studio

The free studio at geteverlit.com/app/ is free to use. It runs in your browser, needs no account, and has no time limit. Some shapes, tools, and detail levels are reserved for the paid editions.

Founder's Edition

The EverLit Founder's Edition costs $15, one-time, for a lifetime license. Founder pricing is limited to the first 2,500 founders and runs through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific, whichever comes first. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

"Lifetime" means your license does not expire and does not require a subscription or renewal. Founder's Edition includes free updates through the EverLit v1.0 public launch. Other paid editions, if offered, are described at checkout.

Digital delivery

Paid editions are digital only. Nothing is shipped. Right after payment, your receipt with your download and license details is emailed to you, and it is also available in your Lemon Squeezy order history.

Payments

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and payment processor for all EverLit sales. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax or VAT, invoices, and refunds, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. The charge on your statement will come from Lemon Squeezy.

Your license

When you buy a paid edition, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverLit under the license terms included with your edition. You may not resell, share, or publish your license key or the EverLit software, or remove its license checks. We may deactivate licenses that are refunded, charged back, or shared publicly.

Your photos and prints

Your photos are processed on your device, and you keep all rights to them and to the files you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you turn into a lithophane.

Acceptable use

Don't use EverLit to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the website or other users.

3D printing and lighting

EverLit creates digital model files. How a print turns out depends on your printer, materials, and settings. If you add lights, use low-heat LED sources and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. You are responsible for the safe operation of your printer and any lighting you use.

Disclaimer

EverLit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, materials, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to EverLit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refunds

Every purchase has a 14-day refund window. See our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use EverLit after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not take away a license you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer protection law gives you rights that can't be waived.
